Shipping Alaska Cannery and Smokehouse has the ability to ship any product anywhere in the world! We require a physical delivery address and a contact telephone number. We use Federal Express Overnight service on all of our fresh/frozen products. We use Federal Express 2nd Day service on all of our smoked, refrigerated products. In addition to these two services Alaska Cannery and Smokehouse offers Federal Express 2nd Day or U.S.P.S. Parcel Post shipping on all of our non-refrigerated products. Shipping Days All products being shipped with Fed-Ex Overnight service will be sent out from Monday thru Thursday. All products being shipped with Fed-Ex 2nd Day service or U.S.P.S. service will be sent out from Monday thru Friday. Delivery Information All orders received by 12:00 PM Alaska Time will be shipped the following shipping day. (Example: An overnight order received on Thursday at 3:00 PM will be out the following Monday and scheduled to arrive at the customers door on Tuesday) Orders from Fed-Ex should be delivered by 5:00 PM any local time. It is a good idea to plan on being home, arrange to have a neighbor accept the delivery or leave a note on your door stating you would like your shipment left on your porch or in a cooler on the porch. All orders are insured and guarantee delivery to the address provided, except orders with a signature release. USPS Parcel Post orders usually take 10-14 days for delivery. Refunds or Exchanges We offer a “satisfaction guaranteed,” policy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of your product you may return it for a full credit refund. When processing a return or claim, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. We will promptly correct any problems you may have.
